Cancellation and Returns

We want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple to fix.

Order Cancellation

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for return.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without original tags
  • Undergarments or intimate wear (if applicable)
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong item received

If you need a different size or item, reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.

Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  3. Send the item back using the provided details

Please note: Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

If your return does not meet our conditions, it may be declined.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.
